One human family,
gathered beneath
many names for the sacred.

The Omnist Centre of North America welcomes people of every faith and none — those rooted in a tradition, those questioning, and those who find meaning without religion. Across genders, sexual orientations, cultures, ages, abilities, and backgrounds, we gather with equal dignity.

Our confession

"Truth is one; the wise call it by many names." We take this ancient saying as our covenant — to love, to listen, to learn, to lift one another.

I

Reverence

For the mystery within all traditions and within every person.

II

Reason

Honoring science, doubt, and the humanist inheritance of ethics without dogma.

III

Compassion

The universal ethic: do no harm, and where you can, do good.

IV

Community

We are stronger woven together than kept apart by creed or border.

The great inheritance

Every tradition has a seat at this table.

Widely practiced or less widely known, rooted in history or newly emerging — each tradition deserves respect on its own terms. We learn with practitioners, honor cultural context, and respect boundaries around sacred knowledge and ceremonies.

Prayers · Meditations

A practice for every dawn.

A daily blessing from the Psalms. A sitting from the Zen tradition. A hymn from the Sikh Guru Granth Sahib. A humanist reflection to end the day. Our library gathers the world's small, luminous practices.

The Director

"Bring your beliefs, your questions, or your nonreligious outlook. You do not need a faith to belong. There is more light in the room when every person is welcomed as they are."
